like really start sweating buckets of sweat. basketball is one thing that does but i want to switch it up.

Anything that’s a good cardiovascular workout. How about running, on the beach if you have one nearby, or just run in a park for an hour. That’ll do it. Put your music on, run, let those endorphins kick in and get you on a natural high.

    Anything can make you "sweat buckets" if you push yourself enough. I think spin or ride classes are a sure fire way! Swimming does as well, but being in water you don’t notice it as much.

    Road running/trail running.

    Swimming – You don’t feel the sweat obviously, but I assure, it’s a hell of a workout.

    Gym. Hit the weights hard. Tell me you’re not sweating after that.

    get a sweat suit and go running up hills for an hour if you really want to sweat buckets.
    Exercising isn’t about how much you sweat its about how good it it is.
    A sweat suit makes you sweat but it doesn’t help you get more athletic.
    Wrestling is a great sweat maker though. after an hour of practice your shirt will get drenched.
