What is the best exercise machine to tone thighs, bum and stomach?

I can only afford/have space for one exercise machine. I’ve been looking at rowing machines, treadmills, exercise bikes and elliptical cross trainers.

Which one should I get to tone my whole body or at least just my bum, thighs and stomach?

I’m 19 and weigh 126lbs. I want to lose around 10-15lbs and tone up.

I like the elliptical trainers best. You can set it for different things and it works all parts of your legs and stomach when you have the ramp set high. If I were to buy a machine, that’s the one I’d like to get.

will using an elliptical machine build bulky muscle in my thighs or calves?

im a female too..and i usually use a precor elliptical with the crossramp on 10 and a resitance of 7.
i really want to lose fat around my thighs/hips so any tips would be greatly appreciated!

cardio vascular exercises is the only way to burn fat so u will lose fat in the legs but gain muscle

I like the buckeye powered parachute, the 6chuter powered parachute and the Infinity powered parachute. I would like to also have a part 103 ultra light powered parachute. I am thinking of building one useing th trike buggy by flexi foil. The trikbuggyis a very stable platform to use for a number of flying devices. owever powered parachute would be the way to go next time. A part 103 powered paracuse on a flexi foil would be a fun machine to fly. Put a TB280 on it and look outsky. That powered parachute will be a fun powered parachute to fly

Best elliptical training machine?

I want to spend between $400-$700 for a sturdy, effective, and quiet elliptical exercise machine. Any suggestions? Do you prefer an elliptical to a treadmill?

If you are only looking for a machine to get you some cardio, then I’d recommend a treadmill over an elliptical any day. An elliptical tends to build butt, thighs & shoulders. Sadly all the brand names I could give you will run into 4 figure sums & as your budget is less I’d suggest buying second hand, perhaps on e-bay, then you can also contact the seller for a review. I would advise you not to use it every day as you need to ggive your muscles a 24 hour rest between work-outs in order for your body to rest & improve. Good luck & consult your Physician before you start using this equipment if you haven’t used it before.
