im planning on purchasing this elliptical machine to lose weight.ill probably do at least an hour an a half a day when i get it, but i needed some opinions on whether it looks good enough to help me lose weight. heres the link to the picture.also about how many pounds can i lose a week with this workout.thanks alot

it kinda depends on your own body, your diet, etc…
Frankly, don’t watch the pounds, as muscle weighs more than fat (it’s denser) you can lose inches without losing weight. In fact, when I was losing a was gaining muscle mass, so the lbs weren’t seeming to come off, but i was noting inches coming off.
I love the elliptical, as a person who is overweight, it’s great on my knees. Much better than a treadmill.
Whatever your weight is, good luck and keep it up!
