I’m thinking of buying an elliptical for home use but don’t know which is a good buy because there are so many out there and all claims excellent? I understand that the cheap ones are not worth the $. I’d it compact, smooth (quiet), natural spacing steps, good quality but not over 2K. Is it possible to get one at this price range? Pls let me know and Thank you!

Hiya! Elliptical cross-trainers are fantastic! I bought one 18 months ago after researching them loads and trying out more than 20 different machines. The one I went for was a "Life Fitness" home machine which cost me £1400. It is the make that all of our gyms use. It doesn’t have any fancy gadgets but it is by far the most comfortable and long lasting of all the ones I tried. I cannot recommend it highly enough!! I’ve lost 3 stone using that and eating sensibly!!
